Let's dive in!

Why ViPR?

The name ViPR is an acronym of Vitality, Performance and Reconditioning. These are the different styles and intensities of workout you can experience using ViPR based on your movement goals.

When we move around during life, work and play, we have no conscious thought about which muscles or joints we are using, we just move naturally utilising our whole body to get the job done as efficiently as possible. ViPR focuses you on a task, not a muscle, giving your body the opportunity to move freely without restriction and providing you with a whole-body workout that trains balance, co-ordination, mobility, agility, speed, strength, power and cardio in one workout. If you want to improve the way you move, become more athletic and avoid injury, then training with ViPR is for you.

Choose your ViPR

Whether your goal is general health and fitness, improved sports performance or recovery and rehabilitation, ViPR can help you reach it. Which ViPR is right for me?

Vitality

Vitality, Health and Fitness – using lower weight ViPRs allows you to move through your full range of joint movement and you can move faster, which boosts your energy and vitality by complementing your cardio, sharpening your strength and mending your mobility.

Performance

Sports Performance – performance has many interpretations to an athlete. It may mean greater acceleration, directional change, stamina or power. Using medium and heavier weight ViPRs will allow you to outperform the competition with more speed and multidirectional strength.

Restore

Movement Restoration – a range of sizes allows you to achieve your goal, whether you’re feeling tight and just need to improve your movement quality, or you’re returning from injury, surgery or need to recover from intense workouts, ViPR has strategies to help you restore and revitalise.

ViPR is a tool I pick up daily for myself and clients for purposeful and comprehensive loaded movement training. It allows me to ingeniously combine task-oriented movement patterns with resistance training, fostering agility, mobility and strength gains in one time efficient workout. It’s also way more fun than traditional weights!
